THE FUTURE CODER IN UHURU SECONDARY SCHOOL

Students learn various topics, one of them is coding (Programming) using different coding languages.Why should children learn to code? Coding is thinking, code is learning and code is the future. Coding develops analytical thinking during the process of solving problems, therefore young age students will have skills of solving problems they face in their living society.

Also coding help students to learn computational and mathematical concepts. Remember the country slogan "Tanzania as Industrial country", the country is in need of problem solvers for our own development. The demands of job "Both Private and Public Employment" is on prepared computerized people. We need to make them perfect with confidence in the future digital and industrial country.

Also we need these kids to be safe when they are using digital devices. It is not enough for children to know how to use technology, but also they should know how it works for the benefit of the society.

Dear reader, kids are welcome you for any assistance you have for their future. 

THE FIRST CODE CLUB IN UHURU SECONDARY SCHOOL

We live in a digital world. The world that need students to know how to use computer systems and devices. Learning to use computer is an important skill because computers help to develop analytical thinking, improves decision making and problem solving skills. Learning computer at a young age will help student to understand and solve problems in almost many disciplines in life.

“Teaching kids to use computer is a smart career planning, it helps them to be prepared for the demands of jobs in computerized world in this 21th century”. Says Mwalimu Robert Gibson.

WAKUFUNZI WAPIKIKA

Wakufunzi zaidi ya 20 wameweza kutoa mafunzo kwa Maafisa TEHAMA na Maafisa Habari wa Mamlaka za Mikoa na Hamshauri za Tanzania Bara kwa lengo la kuimarisha utoaji wa Taarifa kupitia tovuti za serikali ambazo zitakuwa na muundo mmoja wa utenegenezaji (Government Website Framework).

Pamoja na mafunzo hayo, wataalamu hawa wataziwezesha Taasisi zao kupitia Idara za Elimu Msingi na Sekondari kuweza kuimarisha utoaji wa elimu ya matumizi ya wavuti za serikali kama motisha kwa wanafunzi kupenda masomo yanaondana na ukuaji wa sayansi na Teknolojia.

Mmoja wa Wakufunzi Mwalimu Stanley Isaac Manyonyi (Kushoto Pichani) alikaririwa akisema kuwa katika mradi huu wa Uimarishaji Mifumo ya Sekta za Umma utamsaidia kupanua wigo wa kuwafikia vijana walioko shuleni ili waweze kujengewa uwezo wa kuunda program ndogo ndogo ambazo zitawasaidia  kuwapa ujuzi wa kutatua changamoto zilizopo katika jamii watakayoishi.

Aliendelea kutoa mfano wa mfumo mmoja wa tovuti za serikali uliotengenezwa na vijana wa kitanzania walio katika Wakala wa Serikali Mtandao, kuwa ni motisha kwa kuanza kufundisha vijana wadogo ili waanze kuzoea kutengenenza mifumo inayoendana na tamaduni ya mtanzania, na sio kutegemea mifumo iliyotengenezwa na watu wengine ambayo inatulazimisha kufuata tamaduni zao
